Country Farms, Pure Milk - one of the best Choices I made, Ever!

After almost a lifetime of drowning my poor Corn Flakes in a variety of unsuitable liquids, everything from diluted yoghurt to the leftover wine to Lime Juice, I was finally put wise to this wondrous dairy delight by Country FARMS by one of the true portray of the league of extraordinary gentlemen, Mr Akshay Singh Ji.

Trust me, when the bell rang at 7.50 am in the morning, I rushed to the door and saw my newest love of life, A bottle full of the purest form of Milk that is untouched by any human.
I turned back triumphantly with my Milk Bottle gripped firmly in my hand while the neighbour glanced jealously at my prized delivery.
Went straight to the kitchen and held it up by the window!

The scene, oh my my!

The white gold in the bottle sparkled in the morning sunlight, the entire room filled with a healthy warm reflection!

Without wasting any time and ignoring the cosy calls from my darling who was still in bed, removed the safety tape and twisted the airtight cap and poured it into a bowl. I was immediately inundated with the aroma of fresh wholesomeness.
The white velour-like texture was something that took away the momentary hesitation whether to put it in boil first and I raise the bowl past my quivering lips and the first sip.

Elated with joy, I took a silent oath that, "From this day forward my breakfasts shall always be divine!"

Without getting into the science of A1 versus the A2 type of milk and the genesis and the genetics of the cows, I just felt that my taste buds registered a unanimous approval.

Last Sunday, when I visited the Country FARM which is situated in Losing village, around 25 km from Udaipur city, I experienced how caring they are with the cattle. With the use of state of the art machines and cutting-edge techniques, this FARM is doing an absolute justice to provide the MILK in the best way you can expect in our country, which is unfortunately famous for its adulteration practices in wide-scale production.

While the A1/A2 debate is still up in the air, a few studies, indicate that A1 beta-casein may have adverse effects in certain individuals.
Further, National Bureau of Animal Genetic Resources (NBAGR), a renowned research institute in Karnal, published a study in 2012 and clarified that even in crossbred cow population in India predominant gene is A2. So, the controversy of Pure Indian Cow and the Jersey Cow and the Hybrid Cow is more based on misinformation propagation than actual studies.

And here is a video of the farm -

I'm not entering into any debate here but please study deep and well and avoid stating opinion relying on the common social media debates and google links.
Overall, leaving the dramatic portrayal of the milk quality, I must say, anyone who is not willing to compromise with the quality of this one of the must in our everyday needs, should consider shifting to Country FARMS for their daily Milk consumption.

Thank you!
