Pani Puri Shots

One of the fanciest avatars to enjoy the quintessential snacks of our country - Panipuri!

You must have seen/heard/tasted this bliss before, so gave it a try at home today. And for anyone who loves Panipuri cannot go wrong with the simple recipe where you need some Pani Puri, that I have bought from the market. Made the masala at home with spicy mashed potato and boiled peas. Prepared the chilled tangy water with Everest Pani Puri Masala, bundi and fried cumin seeds. And then mixed a special ingredient to give it the desired twist, which I cannot name here in this group! ;)

Rimmed the shot glasses with lime juice, salt, and chili flakes. Poured the liquid concoction in the glasses and placed the Pani puris on top filled with the masala.

And our humble Pani Puri is all spiked up to cool you down in this hot summer evening!
